I offer skill-building to help develop the tools you need to meet life’s challenges. I can support you in creating new habits or daily practices that connect you with your intentions and goals. I’m also keen to offer relevant resources in the wider community.

My experience working alongside clients has taught me to trust this process. I know that change and acceptance can happen when feelings and needs are prioritized, and time is taken to reflect, grieve, and wonder.

I believe that the stories we tell become our lives. And counselling offers opportunities to ask new questions and make discoveries together. Choosing how we understand and tell our stories allows us to understand what we’ve been through, and how we live with both opportunities and limitations. We’ll take creative approaches to develop strategies and tools to support your wellness, and your preferred ways of being in the world.

I’m open to your questions, ideas, and feedback along the way. And I’ll check in to make sure that we’re on the right path in our work. We may work together for a short time or a longer time and I strive to create space in each meeting for understanding and growth towards health and meaningful change.
